About "Answers" service.
1. Who answers the questions?
The answers are provided by TEN Planning staff and its affiliates. They are all local residents who are knowledgeable about Kansai, and are familiar with its events.
2. Why is my question not publicized on the Site? I didn't choose “Private Answer”.
Although you chose your question for publication, depending on the content, we may not release it. The reason is probably because the question or answer contains personally identifiable information. Other reasons may include situations when it is in our own interests to answer privately.
About "Volunteer Guide" service.

We do not have a set level that is required for the volunteer guides. This will depend on the traveler's request. On your profile, please clearly show your approximate foreign language level. Initial email exchanges will help you to figure out if your level is suitable to their needs or not.

You can check the guide's profile to tell their language ability. Also, a few email exchange may help you know more before you meet.
